Terms of service
Cement Decor is an online store operated by Sabina Diminić s.p., with registered office at Talcev Street 5, 6000 Koper, Slovenia. VAT number: SI75407663. Contact email: cementdecor.it@gmail.com.
By placing an order on the site, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Service.
Products
All Cement Decor products are handmade. Small differences in color, shape, or texture are normal and do not constitute defects. Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and colors may vary depending on the screen used.
Prices
Prices are expressed in euros and include or exclude VAT in accordance with current Slovenian legislation. Any local duties or taxes for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the valid price is the one indicated at the time of ordering.
Orders
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with an order summary. We reserve the right to refuse orders if information is incomplete, there is suspected fraud, or product unavailability is suspected. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
Available payment methods are listed on the checkout page. All payments are processed through secure and certified providers. Your order is considered valid only after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping
Detailed information on shipping times and costs is available on the "Shipping Information" page. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier or destination.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of product delivery. The terms and conditions are listed on the "Returns and Refunds" page. Customized products cannot be returned.
Warranty
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects not resulting from improper use. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and a description of the problem.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays due to the courier, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Improper or non-compliant use of the products voids any liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Sabina Diminić s.p. or their respective authors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the material is prohibited.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European regulations. Any disputes will be handled by the competent authorities, unless otherwise provided for consumer protection purposes.
