Shipping policy

We ship our products from our workshop in Slovenia (Koper) to Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, and other countries within the European Union.

Preparation time
Every Cement Decor product is handcrafted and finished by hand. Order preparation typically takes 3–7 business days. During holiday periods or for custom orders, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times
Slovenia: 1–3 business days
Italy: 3–7 business days
Croatia: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and the destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and the destination country. For shipments outside the European Union, any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking and delivery
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number (if available) via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

Damaged packages
In the event that a package arrives damaged, please send photos of the package and its contents to cementdecor.it@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide the best possible solution (a replacement or a refund).
